I want great care

Whether you’re a patient, a family member, a carer or a visitor, your voice matters. By sharing your experience of our care and support, you can help us make sure we’re doing everything we can to support families to live well and die well – with dignity, choice and compassion.

We’d love to hear what you think. Was there a moment that made a difference? A member of the team who went above and beyond? Or maybe there’s something we could do better?

Please take a few minutes to tell us about your experience. Your comments go directly to our care teams and help shape the future of our services.

We use the independent review website iwantgreatcare.org to gather honest feedback from patients, families and carers. It’s quick, easy and anonymous.

Every comment helps us keep delivering excellent care – wherever it’s needed.
