Leave a dedication to your loved one by engraving their name or a short personal message on a leaf for our memory tree. The tree is a place to celebrate your loved ones and offers a unique way to pay tribute to those we miss so dearly.

Leaves can be dedicated in memory of a loved one, whether they were supported by Keech Hospice or not.

By dedicating a leaf in memory, you will not only be creating a lasting tribute, but you also give someone else the gift of care.

Every gift will help fund care for our patients and their loved ones in the future.

Choosing your leaf

Choose between a bronze, silver or gold leaf for either a £10 monthly donation or £120 annual donation.

The leaves have a maximum of 28 characters (including spaces) for you to add a short message in memory of your loved one.

Please allow three weeks for your leaf to be engraved and displayed on our tree.

Your leaf will remain on the tree for one year. We will be in touch when it’s time to renew, at which time you can choose to either renew and continue your donation, or ask for your leaf to be sent to you keep.
