Leaving my legacy

“When my husband was cared for by Keech, I saw just how special this place is. It wasn’t just the medical support – it was the compassion, the dignity, and the way they made sure we never felt alone.

They didn’t just support him – they supported me too. They were there for every hard moment, and every little kindness made a big difference.

What I didn’t realise at the time is that most of Keech’s care is funded by people in the community. It’s not government money – it’s donations and gifts in Wills that make it possible. That really stayed with me.

That’s why I decided to leave a gift to Keech in my Will. I wanted to do something lasting – something that would help another family, one I’ll never meet, but who will need Keech’s care just as we did.

We can’t take anything with us – but we can leave behind something that truly matters.”
