When is the Keech Christmas Market this year?
The Keech Christmas Market will take place on Saturday 28 November and Sunday 29 November, from 10:00am to 4:00pm on both days. Stallholders will have earlier access to set up before the event opens to visitors.

Are there any spaces left for this year’s Christmas Market?

How much does a stall cost?
A stall costs £45 per table, per day.
Book both days and receive a 10% discount. Additional tables can also be booked if you require extra space.

How large are the tables provided?
Each stall space includes one table measuring 2ft 6in x 6ft.
If you require additional space, please book extra tables when registering. Due to space restrictions and health and safety requirements, stallholders cannot bring their own tables.

What if I have specific requirements, such as electricity or a preferred location?
Please include any special requirements when completing your booking.
We will do our best to accommodate requests; however, this cannot be guaranteed. To give us the best chance of meeting your needs, please contact us as early as possible.
Please note that location changes cannot be made on the event day.

What do I need to bring with me?
Please bring:
• Your products and display materials
• Any signage you wish to use
• Your own chair(s)
A table will be provided.
Due to space limitations, additional tables cannot be brought into the venue.

Can I bring extra display stands?
No. Additional tables, stands or display furniture cannot be accommodated due to venue capacity and health and safety requirements.
If you require additional space, please book extra table(s) in advance.

Can I donate my takings to Keech Hospice?
Yes, and thank you for your generosity.
If you plan to donate 100% of your takings, your stall fee will be waived, provided the amount raised meets or exceeds the value of the stall fee.

What time can I visit the Christmas Market?
The Christmas Market will be open from 10:00am to 4:00pm on both days.

Do I need to pay for entry?
Yes. Entry prices are:
• Adults: £3
• Concessions: £2
• Children under 14: Free

All proceeds help support the work of Keech Hospice.

Can I buy tickets in advance?
No, advance booking is not required.
Entry can be paid for on arrival at the event.

Will food and drinks be available?
Yes. Our volunteer-run refreshment area will be serving a selection of hot food, snacks and drinks throughout the weekend.
All profits from refreshments go directly to Keech Hospice.

Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available on site for both visitors and stallholders.

Is the market indoors or outdoors?
The Christmas Market is held entirely indoors, so you can enjoy the event whatever the weather.

Is the venue accessible?
Yes. Barnfield College offers:
• Step-free access
• Accessible toilets
• Wheelchair and pram-friendly facilities

Can I bring my dog?
Only registered assistance dogs are permitted inside the venue.

Will there be entertainment?
Yes. Visitors can enjoy festive entertainment, including performances from the Luton Brass Band.

Will stallholders accept card payments?
Many stallholders will accept card payments; however, this cannot be guaranteed.
We recommend bringing some cash, as mobile signal and Wi-Fi availability may vary throughout the venue.

Are there toilets on site?
Yes. Toilet facilities, including accessible toilets, are available throughout the venue.

Can I find out more about Keech Hospice or visit the hospice?
Yes. We regularly host open days and welcome opportunities to show supporters around and talk about our services.
