It will cover in some detail the various components of what a good advance care plan may look like, with plenty of time for questions and discussion.

Who is it for

Ideally, you will have attended a first-tier course, such as the ‘Essential Advance Care Planning’ session and are ready to build upon that knowledge and explore further.
