At our Living Well Centre we have a range of services and programmes led by a healthcare professional to support you and your loved ones.
Our services include:
- Nursing & Medical Assessments: Personalised evaluations and guidance to address your unique health needs.
- in defining and achieving personal goals.
- Symptom Management Programmes: Specialist-led plans to help manage your symptoms and improve comfort.
- Future Planning Support: Assistance in creating a Personalised Care and Support Plan for peace of mind.
- Complementary Therapies: Holistic therapies to enhance physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Social Connections: Opportunities to connect with others on similar journeys for encouragement and support
A programme of support
We offer a rolling programme regular sessions and support groups. This includes, health and wellbeing sessions, life celebration and memory making and our Friday morning cancer support group.
