About the challenge:

How does a 55 mile cycle in aid of Keech Hospice Care sound?

The London to Brighton Cycle Ride is an iconic 55 mile cycle ride starting from Clapham Common in South London, to the seaside town of Brighton. The London to Brighton Cycle Ride first launched in 1976 and has been welcoming avid cyclists to the streets of London, Brighton and everywhere in between ever since!

Once you’re out of London, the route is predominantly along quiet country lanes passing through picturesque towns such as Chipstead, Banstead and Haywards Heath before taking on the challenge that is Ditchling Beacon – a mile long climb to the top of the South Downs – but don’t worry, you’ll be greeted by stunning views!

Once you cross the finish line in Brighton, why not treat yourself to an ice cream on the pier to celebrate!

Difficulty: Challenging

Cost: £55 early bird rate. Cost includes a fully supported ride, a lunch bag and keepsake medal at the finish.

How can I get involved?

This is a challenging event, but is open to cyclists that wish to take on an exhilarating challenge in aid of their local hospice. Why not get a team of you to take it on together? And don’t worry, our team will be in touch to support you along the way.

Help us raise vital funds so we can continue caring for adults and children living with life-limiting illnesses. We only receive 30% statutory funding so there has never been a time when your support is needed more. If not now, then when?
