Keech Hospice Care is the perfect venue for your conference or meeting. Don’t be put off by the word ‘hospice’, when you visit, you’ll find Keech isn’t a depressing place at all. It’s full of life and light.

We can offer a spacious, full-service venue for your conference, meeting or training sessions, set in beautiful countryside on the outskirts of Luton. Parking is available.

Both our Fountain Suite and Syndicate Room are situated in a private area with adjacent kitchen and toilet facilities as well as a large reception area for pre- and post-session meet-and-greets. All the facilities offer full accessibility.

Fountain Suite

• Meeting Owl – this is a useful tool for hybrid meetings. With a 360-degree camera and microphone it captures everything occurring in the room, so virtual participants can follow the discussion and be fully immersed.
• standard equipment including projector, screen, flipchart, pens and paper
• air conditioning/heating
• free wi-fi
• adjacent kitchen and toilet facilities
• catering and refreshments
• breakout room (at additional cost and subject to availability)

Previously, our Fountain Suite has hosted notable events such as the East of England Hospice CEOs and Chairs meeting, as well as our annual Neuro Palliative Care Conference.

It can be set out a number of ways, with varying seating capacity. Recommended approximate capacity is given below.
