Art Therapy For Children

Sometimes expressing your thoughts and feelings can be hard. Art therapy can help children to do this. It uses art materials to help express thoughts, feelings and experiences safely.

Your child doesn’t need to be good at art to find it helpful.

Who can have art therapy?

As well as children, we can support your whole family, friends and carers, too.

Who takes the session?

Our trained art therapists, who all hold postgraduate qualifications in art therapy, are accredited by the
British Art Therapy Association and registered with the
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

How can I find out more about art therapy?

It’s easy! If we are supporting your child and family, you can speak to a member of staff, call our art therapists on 01582 492339 or email supportivecare@keech.org.uk.
