What is art therapy?

 

Sometimes expressing your thoughts and feelings can be hard so art therapy can help you to do this. It uses art materials to express thoughts, feelings and experiences in a safe environment. You don’t need to be good at art to benefit from it.

We can support your whole family, friends and carers too.

 


Who takes the session?

 

Our trained art therapists, who all hold postgraduate qualifications in art therapy and are accredited by the
British Association of Art Therapists and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
