We can offer a fun & rewarding day at Keech Hospice Care.
We can offer a range of volunteering options and can scale our volunteering package from 4 to 20 employees.
It is widely recognised that employee volunteering provides a range of benefits for companies. In a report by Circle Research8 the top three business benefits of employee volunteering among the business surveyed are employee engagement (40%), PR & Reputation (38%) and Team Building (21%). In addition, it supports recruitment of new employees, in particular younger people*.
**More than half of recent graduates are seeking a company that has corporate social responsibility values that align with their own, and 56 percent would consider leaving a company that didn’t have the values they expected.

The fee associated with a Corporate Volunteering day covers the cost of our staff time and planning. From Corporate Partnerships and hospice teams who facilitate our Corporate Volunteering Programme, to our grounds teams who coordinate volunteering teams on the day, to our Catering team who will ensure that all our corporate volunteers are well looked after.
The fee also covers the cost of catering (where applicable), the purchase and maintenance of required equipment, materials, and enough PPE for volunteer teams, to ensure that teams can carry out their activities safely and comfortably.
