No, as long as you have recommended them in good faith then we appreciate your efforts and you will in no way be penalised.
Both the referring employee and the new employee have to still be employed by Keech when we process the payroll including the bonus. If either employee leaves before this point the bonus will not be paid.
No – we need both the individual to name you as the refer on the application form and a completed claim form submitted in order to process the claim.

No – it is the same amount regardless of hours you or the new joiner works.
All payments will be processed as part of the monthly payroll and will be subject to normal tax and National Insurance deductions.
